A Tennis Serve
What are good ways to get a solid tennis serve down?
I’ve been working on my serve…and i haven’t been getting better. Any techniques or ideas on how i could improve?
Practice hitting at least 50 serves a day, even if you’re alone.
If you’re not getting better, trying changing your grip, your posture, or your ball toss.
The most important part of the serve is the toss! So try different things and see what works out best.
