How to get better at tennis fast?
I am a descent player and I have a major tennis match monday and i was wondering if anybody had any advice to help make my serve better by monday
CONSISTENCY:
This weekend you need to go to the tennis club you play at or local court and hit constant serves for 2hrs each day and when your at home practice your toss.
TIPS:
1.Hit at highest point
2.Toss into the court (no matter first or second serve)
3.Hit up on the ball
4.Make sure you use a corkscrew windup
5.Watch ball through contact point
6.(if right handed) keep left foot more vertical than horizontal to baseline (to help corkscrew effect & and shoulder rotation)
7.Don’t rush your serve
8.Focus on 2nets net clearence on your second serve(should be spin serve, kick serve, and/or even a slice)
