Can the Canon PowerShot G10 snap clear images of fast moving objects?
For example, if someone hits a tennis ball at an opponent, and I snap a Photo right before the opponent hits the ball, it turns clear and still on the shaft?
Your biggest challenge will shutter lag be. How long does it take from when you press the shutter button to when the camera actually takes the picture. This is a problem with all point and shoot cameras. Other than that, if you set your shutter speed as high (1/250th or more) it will be. The only cameras that do not have shutter lag SLR. Price for an entry-level Rebel XS is not much more than the G10.
