Prevent Tennis Blisters
Problems with the soles of my feet after playing tennis.?
I’ve been playing tennis from 2 to 4 every day and after I play my feet get sore, like there are blisters. What could I do to prevent this? Is it my socks, or shoes, or what?
Btw, I wear Fila shoes.
I’ve tried Nikes but they don’t last very long.
I know some people wear two pairs of socks. One is a dress sock (i think polyester) and the other a regular cotton sock. That way the socks rub against each other and not against you skin.
I don’t know much about Fila shoes but I have had other brands that kill my feet. Personally I find the most comfortable shoes to be Nike (although they don’t seem to last as long).
Of course if you have not been playing 2 hours every day for very long or if your shoes are new, you are likely to have sore feet. Best of luck.
