Q 1 Can someone explain the scoring system in a game? eg 15 – love, meaning, 1, null 30 40, ie 2, 3 Deuce Importance of gender. Like this quaint system of scoring has to happen? Q2. Why has the server to get "two bites at the cherry? This does not, table tennis or badminton . happen
Tennis is about consistency. You always have to win at least 2 points. To win, be a game, it's about at least two points. That is the reason for Two. If the score is 40-40, the winner would have to win the next two consecutive points. I would imagine the double fault while serving works on the same principle – you must earn consistently poorly serve it, lost the point. Also, the game would be much slower if it were not for the two opportunities to service – the first serve is the strategic weapon, the second is used most of the time, just the ball as good as you can. Without two serves, people would probably be cautious with their serves, and highlights some of the benefits from the server and makes the game a lot slower / more boring. The scoring system is based on the dial of a clock, to the quarter Is divided: hours (15 minutes ie). This assumes that, because the score was kept and displayed on two dials, one for each opponent. If a person one point, the hand moves on its clock to the next quarter. Therefore, the rating is 0-15-30-45. The 45-minute mark was then shortened to 40 just because it's less of a mouthful is to say, is scoring so now 0-15-30-40.
