OK, yeah yeah yeah I know a banana is so good-for-nothing fruit (thanks to Andy Murray). . . what would be but should something you eat during a game? I've heard a lot of grapes have electrolytes in them. . . ? right? And what a sports drink that is good?

During the game: Drink water or sports drink with a combo of glucose, sucrose and fructose (Gatorade, Powerade, etc.), avoid liquids fill ( solid fructose drinks and food). When you play, your body will use up carbohydrates and sodium in sweat with some potassium. You should small digestible with a high glycemic index (crackers, bagels, raisins, gummy bears, etc.) while eating the game. Before and after you are dead foods with lots of carbs . Eat
