Tennis Diet
Can anyone recommend a good diet for a tennis player?

I wondered if she finds this in health or sports, but I thought I will have to first crack tennis player. I know there are no special foods tennis, but there are certain things that an athlete should eat, that perhaps a sedentary person would avoid. I only play a few times a week now and I need about £ 50 drops. So weight loss is my current goal. Then, when I lose weight, I want to play more often so I need my weight will keep my energy level and bump. Consulting a nutritionist or a weight loss center is not an option at the moment due to financial considerations, so I hope something at minimal cost associated, at least that could be found for now.

try oatmeal eat breakfast because it releases more energy ti stack does on calories. for tennis, you need short bursts of energy so instead of carb loading Everytime do (it only before try a game) and eat 2 small meals at 2-hour intervals in this way you will feel light during the game you will still have energy. You burn about 400 Calories in a single game so tennis is the way to go!
