Why is it so hard for me to exercise?
In the gym, when we walk around, I get very tired and my face gets really red and hot. I look like a tomato! My mile run is awful (something like 12 or 13 minutes) and I hate sports, because my face is so hot and red. (Seriously, it looks ridiculous). Now I'm going out for tennis (basically the only way I can put it on my college application), and this influence will still be on me. I know not know what to do – I'm 14, 117 pounds and 5 feet half an inch, so I know I'm not really overweight. How can I, without looking like an idiot and Exercise really enjoy?
When you begin work you will be at the top you look like an idiot. You just have to start low weights (if you with free Weights), because that will help to lift your muscles. Have low weights of 12-15 repetitions (no more than 3 sentences) at the beginning. Have heart every other day and put Sure, EAT RIGHT! I pledge to you within 2 weeks, a huge difference is visible. Her body is still growing, not exercise so about themselves.
