Tennis Arm Stretches
My right arm is extremely sore from tennis…help! i have a race next week!?

So i played tennis with my friend shes an experienced one but i was doing it for fun practice….so i woke up next morning and felt soreness…i tried like massaging it and stretching it and it hurts i guess i did it more harm… I have a track race next week pls help it hurts to move my arm..

So what can i do to ease the pain? and how long will this take ot heal? my race is either thursday or friday.
Of course i workout…arms are a major aspect of track …

I take it that you don’t work out/ work your arm out that much. You were using the muscle in ways which it is not used to. Pretty much the same thing as working out when you first start. You are extremely sore because you are tearing tissue and are not used to working out that muscle. But after a while the muscle gets so used to it and stronger that the activity doesn’t bother it anymore. Just wait a little you should be alright till then just don’t play tennis or anything that uses your arm.
