Tennis Biscuits Dessert

Would this be a good diet to follow to loose weight quickly?
Breakfast (7am): About half a bowl of ‘Oatiflakes’ with semi skimmed milk
Snack (11am): banana
Lunch (1pm): banana and strawberry smoothie
Snack (3:30pm): about 6 mini carrots (they’re only about 1.5 inches long!) and perhaps some low fat humous
Dinner (6:30pm): Healthy meal like veg. curry, tomato pasta, salmon and celeriac mash etc
Dessert (about 8pm): tangerine and maybe a weightwatchers biscuit
I also exercise regularly: I run about 1.5miles 4/5 times a week, I play tennis, horse ride, and occasionally do a long bikeride up and down hills. I’m 5ft3, and 10stone and I want to get down to 9stone in about 2 months.. do you think this is possible on this diet and regime? If not, what do you suggest? Thanks!!
Emm. Not being rude, but can you actually hope with this little food? Or maybe they are big portoins?
