Tennis Brackets
Hey guys, I have problems with my forehand in tennis, especially the inconsistency. Advice please?
Who knows what this wrist support or raquet clip is how that helps the wrist in position? I used to be much better that I am now, but I had a pretty bad injury and not for how to play 3 years and seems to have picked up a lot of bad habits with my forehand. I'm pretty sure that the withdrawal is not consistent enough and loop I tried to use the ball machine to size, but does not seem to really work. It is really frustrating me. Cheers
The only advice I can give is to try to end each stroke in the same position make. Although tennis is about constantly changes, you want the stroke as consistent as possible to make. Even video tape yourself so you can see what you are now on your forehand, and when you watch a tape of 3 years (or just a Clock Pro's forehand) what we do differently. The more you practice, the better you will get. Good luck!
