caroline wozniacki tennis player skin condition – acne?

I just saw a picture of the young tennis player Caroline Wozniacki and her skin looks exactly the same as mine. There’s this sort of red rash with red spots that stops abruptly at the nasolabial fold (it’s on the nose and cheeks).
So, my question is: is this acne or something else like seborrheic dermatitis?

its rosacea acne, usually caused by too much ‘heat’ in the body (anger, fear, stress, hot climate etc..) it could also mean congestion in the lung and/or stomach area.
apply cooling products and eat non spicy/hot foods only, or until the condition clears.
