Tennis Diets

Can someone help me with a tennis specific diet?
Im starting to train for my summer tennis season, and my 1st tourney is in a month and Im trying to organize a diet for the summer. I’m just looking for what nutrients I should be looking for and staying away from. So any little bit will help. thanks.
My tennis season is coming up and im not necessarly looking to lose weight, im just trying to get more fit. I just am looking for the nutrients I should be looking for and what to say away from. Any little bit helps.
In general:
- protein for strength
- omega 3 fatty acids for joint health (very important in tennis)
- leafy green vegetables, for vitamin B (energy) and calcium (good for the bones)
- dairy for calcium (bones)
- carrots for vision, so that you don’t miss the balls
There’s a great website called World’s Healthiest Foods (do a search on this) that has neutral, sound, scientific information about micro and macronutrients and what foods you should eat that contain these nutrients.
