Tennis Elbow Bracelet

Have Tennis & Golf Elbow Cure really?
I have tennis and golf elbow in both elbows (bi-lateral and medial epicondylitis ritual) for 6 months and it is because of the GYM and I can not find a cure, I tried to sleep, cold, bracelet, physiotherapy and I need not try, because it injection with many people fail and it is very painful. is there anyway to go back to the gym? Or is it chronic and I will not be able to go to again Gym? : (
Your body is, and has been, used to the injury, which is why it has become a chronic problem. My doctor said my father, who suffered from tennis elbow for a few years, the proposal (see below) and my father told me this works … – Get a solid spongy sphere, but not Tennis ball very hard, and – as you bend your arm (abduction) – Slowly rotate (or turn) the arm inward and – say you press the ball 10 times per minute. – Repeat It for 2-3 minutes three times a day you should feel some pain when the ball squeezed as you rotate your arm and pull him (the arm) is closer to you, but diminish after a few days. Do more for a few weeks and I'll bet that dang muscle is feeling better. Ille Nastase ———– (remember him?), When he learned of the body is on the muscle / ligaments / tendon tear and repair itself used to – he asked his coach what to do, and his trainer has a glowing Iron and put it right on the elbow, searing / branding of the skin – which actually said that the body damage had occurred repaired itself, and the elbow + bands of muscle was healed at the same time as your skin! I read about the "art" years back in the 70s and still have to search for a photo a scar on his elbow – but he was a mother, and happens so prolly. Try the deflection-the-arm while squeezing-the-sponge-ball trick, first, please. Good luck – Tennis is no joke. I think the trick is that you re-injured the muscle only slightly, and the body reacts slowly and the repair / build muscle, over the Time. Ask your doc, but forget the injections. The technology is cheap and only requires a little discipline – and you can do at work, too, is beautiful.
