Tennis Elbow Exercises

I havent had time, a doctor, see, my friends and two personal trainer told me I had all the tendonitis?
I work still very much. I have the kind of tennis elbow tendonitis. I try pulling exercise, but the assessment on all this limit, and I'm (a young Teenager), how long will it take to heal. This season, do not in many sports.
This type of injury can be exacerbated by the training. You need to drastically reduce the burden and do many reps .. This helps repair the muscle fibers oriented to like them. As long as there is no tear, you should relax yourself in about 15 weeks.
