I have a question about building endurance?
I told my friend that I wanted to build up my endurance for tennis matches because I get tired in a long time particularly easy. I told him that I, and exercise bike do treadmills. He told me I should also blogs weights (as in biceps and all the other things). I have no Problems with my arms tired, just that I low stamina. Is my friend correct to say that I also lift weights? Or treadmills are great thanks
You should do both. You should train ur muscles also bc ur muscles need oxygen and it will help u faster. so if ur the ball you need more oxygen, and if u dont train them to be toys make it more tired it will also help you contribute to hit the ball harder
