Tennis Fitness Drills
Does this sound like a good fitness plan for the summer?

I swim for 90 minutes each day (summer rec. swim)
Warm up- 10 x 50
Drills- 20 x 50 or 20 x 25
Set- 5 x 100

Tennis- 2 hours in the day
2 hours at night

Eating: Morning- Water, whole grained bagel with low fat cream cheese
Lunch- Usually healthy. My drink is water or pink lemonade
Dinner- Whatever my parents make, (it’s always healthy, diabetic father, mom on diet)

I also have tennis practice for school for 2.5 hours on top of that
Swim 10 laps of 50 meters with a break of 1 min 20 sec
Swim 20 laps of 25 meters with a break of 45 seconds
and so on…

Sounds great, but when you say warm-up, drills etc. what are the repetitions of?
