we have been parking in our local park for over twentyfive years to play tennis or bowls now the local council
say that they intend to ban all private vehicles from the park to gain a green flag award . Do we have any right of access(similar to right of way) due to the number of years we have parked inside the park?
You have no claim to right of access regardless of years you parked there previously. The greater good is considered when making these decisions. You have no greater right to use the park then anyone else. Good luck!
