I'll keep my tennis forehand into the net when it met with the power. any tips to train me out of this habit?

When I try to beat I seem to hit the ball pretty powerful either long or into the net more often. if only I pattng the ball back without electricity I can get the ball in the yard, but it is a dud. any tips and techniques for how to get more power on my forehand without compensation accuracy?

I had the same problem because I often hit flat due to my Eastern grip. Well, I did what I should be a little higher over the net, and add a little topspin. I also converted my classic swing path to a windshield wiper swing path which I learned by looking at Federer's forehand. Do not always go the forehand winner. Just rally until you have a open court, and enough self-confidence that shot hit. As you said, if you hit the ball with the power, simply press the same time, but not too much power. Start at Their presence with the same "form" without power taken. Then you build your power slowly until a firm grip on what you have in your presence control.
