Tennis Goggles
Can anyone help me on a lacrosse question please?
I love to play lacrosse. So, not a game it will only play around the ball and the stick in my backyard. My mother wants me to be in the team, but there is a problem. If someone throws the ball near me I freak out. the ball in fear. its rubber, so its really hard! can you tell me some ways I'm less afraid of the ball? I am a girl, so we would not only like a mask and armor Wear safety goggles protected. I think if lacrosse fun. But I'm catching bad, and fear of the ball! (When I play outside I play with a tennis ball).
They just need more practice with Lacrosse and catching. I am a goalkeeper, so it kind of my job, do not be afraid of the ball, but what I do and what can I do to others Goalies train throw tennis balls used to it. That sounds a little cruel and unusual, but it actually works, you get used to the ball. Now, people to fully feed lacrosse balls on me and I do not even blink, and I have since the drill a couple of years, so it is just to show that if you it work with the tennis balls for a few months, you will definitely overcome your fears! When the drill just does not sound good to you, the only other Thing I can suggest is to work always remember, and remember that you're going to be hit in a while, but shake off at once.
