Tennis Golfers Elbow
Pain/soreness in throwing arm?
I am a quarterback in a football league and I have been having a constant annoying pain/soreness in my throwing arm right above my inner elbow, lower bicep area. I initially thought I had a partial tear in my distal bicep tendon but was told it might be “tennis elbow”. But after doing some research about it, tennis elbow is on the outside of the elbow and “golfers elbow” is on the inside of the elbow. So now I’m thinking I might have that but my pain is located just above the elbow so I don’t know if its the elbow or the bicep. Can anyone help with information or personel experience? I know the obviously answer is to go see a doctor, but I don’t have medical nor the money to pay out of the pocket to see a doctor. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
only good way to diagnose would be MRI which is expensive, resting is the only treatment it sounds like you can do now
