Tennis Good Exercise

Good tennis exercises?
So, I love playing tennis, although I'm not really good and I would like to improve my skills. However, I do not think that playing with someone and I did not wall to play either one. Are there any exercises or things I can practice by myself?
I drive a lot .. I lift weights sometimes train in martial arts .. Your best to do a lot of core exercises such as the factory .. with some weight resistance … as Hold a weighted plate to the chest on the incline bench .. and you have to lift weights for each muscle once per week .. that each muscle is trained once per week … for 40-60 minutes … You should also practice sprint drills back and forth .. bending down to touch the ground .. then run again … Stretch legs etc and much .. so that they dont cramp so easy ..
