How do you do to serve a twist, if I know Slice / Topspin-Slice / kick serve?
Ok, I'm 100% sure if I really make a disk Aimed to serve a topspin-slice, and serve a kick. I'm a right-handed way. I have used watching videos of people who turn Read websites like this: (http://www.operationdoubles.com/how_hit_twist_serve_tennis.htm) I tried to learn to serve this turn to live for 4-5 months, and so far have I only turn in the situation, a ball happiness. Can anyone possibly explain how the migration of a kick / topspin-slice of a rotation? I have tried everything how other players imitate movements and reading articles of all kinds, but I can not get down. I also read that it is recommended that you use an eastern backhand grip, to serve this rotation, but this is uncomfortable for me and I tend to hit the ball with my frame and it completely devious. Is it possible to start with Twist serve a continental grip? (I know this is me less spin. It is still enough, though?)
Eastern backhand grip is the way want to go if you are a rotation with the parallel to the baseline before serving. throw the ball a little back as you bend back too. the ball drop, as it is and give it a film to give it a spin sideways (not head-spinning as you used in this Top Spin). because of the sideways rotates as it moves through the air, is it to turn the air resistance as the cause in baseball. hope this will help. Also, it is not as easy as changing handles. You need to throw in practice, the backward To bend the time of the hit, how you abdominal muscles and Flick. these are a lot of takes practice.
