How do I get a nice toned, muscular, well, healthy and fit body?

at about 5'9'', 125 pounds, and I play tennis. id like to have six-pack, toned and beautiful Pecs and biceps. basically id like to have a better upper body … but I do not want too large be due to the fact you have to play tennis smaller effective, or steroids. if you could please give me some feedback on good healthy and efficient ways to achieve a stronger upper body, theyed much appreciated. also 16 in
