Tennis Improve
Do you think DDR could improve my tennis?
I have been playing DDR for about 3 years now and I have to say that I’m pretty good. I’m into the standard-heavy modes. I was wondering if all of these movements and steps would help improve my coordination in tennis. It seems to me like it would, but I’ve kind of stopped playing DDR and I was thinking that if it would help my tennis I should start back up again. By the way, I’ve never played tennis before, I’m starting in August. What do you think? Thanks!

I play tennis, and it involves a lot of fast breaks and sprits..
so ddr would help you get those down, with fast feet movement,
keep ddr up, and do some interval training and your set!
