Volunteers at the Escuela de Guayabal in Costa Rica

The Escuela de Guayabal provides training for primary school students in the near Guayabal near the city of Cartago. The Escuela de Guayabal serves all the children in the neighborhood of Guayabal Tejar de El Guarco, just outside the city of Cartago. Volunteers must be 18 years or more with a minimum at his high school education. Placement does not require these volunteers in the month of January, February and December

Volunteers with the following special skills are placement preference: –

Child & Youth Worker Early Childhood Education Day Care Work Teacher – English Teacher – Math Teacher – Science Teacher – Geography Teacher – Environmental Science Teacher – Physical Education TEFL certification exam / training Football (American) Football Rugby Tennis Baseball Basketball Educational Games Guitar Other Musical Instruments Teacher – Social Science Teacher – Commerce, Finance, Business Teacher – History of Walking.

Volunteers can, by supporting the following tasks: –

Tasks for the volunteers could be one of the following:

1st Teaching English

2nd Leading traditional games

3rd Physical education

4th Art classes 5 Home Education (sewing, etc.) Potential Group Project

Background, which can be useful at this placement experienced Teacher who can take the child and youth work is required. With the addition, the council camp experience plus.
