Tennis Knee Supports
Poll: Could I be overdoing it on the treadmill?

What’s your opinion?

In addition to 30-40 minutes of circuit training, I have been doing the treadmill for 60 minutes each time I go to the gym (which is 5-6 days per week). I start off at about 3.5 and go up to 4.1 but I don’t run. I just walk really fast. I alternate the type of tennis shoes that I wear. When I wear my Nike’s with shocks they give me more support, but I am finding that my foot and ankle is sore and crampy. Also, knees almost burn when I bend them or sit down. It’s not an intense burn but I can feel it. I also noticed a small blister forming on my toe (next to the big toe). I’m not sure if that’s due to the skin rubbing against my sock or what.

I don’t think you’re overdoing it. You didn’t mention in your post if you stretch thoroughly or not.

You may want to opt for a thinner ankle sock for your work out.
