How could I lose weight during fasting, and still think the fasting is ended after?
I mean, fasting for religious reasons, but I might as well try to make the most of it and lose some more weight … I eat a bowl of cereal such as bran flakes cannot eat by 5 clock in the morning and then everything to 7pm at this time i average healthy meal without bread to eat and i dont have any junk food or soft drinks … Due to the lack of energy I just tend to do tightening Exercises that sit ups and leg lifts weights pushups together takes me about 15 minutes … I do not know if i combined to add, say 10 minutes skip or something to lose … Ive alredy lost 30 pounds through healthy eating and exercise … Once Ramadan is not his goal bk ill for swimming and tennis from … 3 meals with one days .. What do you say? I mean, my total calorie intake when fasting is probz in 1400 … in 5ft 3 and weigh 119 pounds

Drink more water, eat less before bed, and not eat for stress are the 3 things I follow, and I'm pretty fine, if I did not tell me. 90 lbs is no such thing as 5 – £ 10 so take my advice.
