Love in tennis is part of the scoring. The points in a game go from love (or zero) to 15 to 30 to 40 (possibly duece) then its game. When announcing the game score you don’t use love. It’s just when counting the points in the game. So if starting a tennis game the score would be love to love, no points have been scored.
