Tennis Monfils

Why are tennis players able to hit a ball faster than I am legally able to drive a car?
I’m currently watching the French open semi final between Federer and Monfils and Monfils hit a ball at 200km/h and I wondered why is that allowed? Is it not more dangerous than driving a car at those speeds because of the accuracy?
The sheer speed astounds me!
Go MONFILS!
It may seem like a funny question but i know you have asked your self it once.
funny question
Hey, in racing, there’s no speed limit once your on the track. It only applies when your in the pit. Why should there be a speed limit on a tennis ball lol?
*EDIT*
please show me where I asked the question regarding the the ball’s speed limit and whether it should be legal.
