Tennis Nutrition Plan

Trying to find a good Nutrition plan?
I excersize (on the tennis team) kinda often but i want a steady, consistant nutrition plan or excersizing schedule to stay healthy and maybe lose a few pounds.
I am turning sixteen soon, weigh about 130, and i am around 5’4 maybe 5’5.
Any ideas? Everything is appreciated!
