Tennis Practice Balls
When I play tennis everyday practice, I'll see improvement?

Maybe one day (for rest), but other wise, if I made you go to the tennis court everyday the ball around and practice what I can not, and must have an hour or more to improve it for about, I will see a Improvement? Oh, and I take Tennis Lessons per week (there is a group lesson). Any tips or something to do for me when I'm on the pitch? And is it normal that my right hand (I'm a right-handed) injure, after I played 1 hour and a half now? What could be causing this?

If you look at something everyday Practice, you will get well.
