im a pretty advanced but not fully if anyone knows any good tennis drils would help im 14 entering tournment in march i need to work on backhand 2nd serve and footwork . thank you for your time
For footwork you should use a ladder. Also get 2 cones or tennis ball tubes and point them about 2 feet apart and side step a figure of 8 around them. For your backhand just hit 50 backhands cross court then 50 down the line the mix them up. For 2nd serve just constantly hit 2nd serves until to weeks before your tournament. Even in training dont hit a first serve. By just hitting seconds serves for a couple of weeks it will make it more consistent.
