generally what NTRP are girls hs tennis players? varsity?

im going into my sophomore year, been playing for one year. made JV last fall at bottom of the ladder. im guessing my NTRP is 3.5/4.0 (more towards 4.0?) there are about 10 spots on varsity and about 11 on JV. forehand is getting better, backhand and volleys and overheads are pretty consistent just need to hit more over the summer. im just getting the hang of putting more power into my serve. i’ll post a video to youtube and link it when i have a camera, maybe soon if anyone asks. what do i have to do to be able to jump from 9th doubles to 1st or 2nd doubles on JV? any suggestions would be great, i have maybe a month and a half
i am in NJ
how would i know what i am as compared to other states? is there a list or chart you can hook me up with? thanks

I think your NTRP level is a bit irrelevant. You just need advice to improve your game to move up the ladder. I think private or groups lessons is the best way to improve your game. Practice and play more, if you can. Join local USTA junior tournaments, if possible. Run and/or swim, and hit the weights to get in better shape. Relax and do your best. A month and a half may not be enough to improve by 10 spots unless you’re working with private lessons and a ton of practice. Read “Winning Ugly” by Brad Gilbert. It has a lot of practical tips that might move you up a few spots simply by playing smarter. Good luck!
