A Tennis Strategy for this kid….?
Ok so im a sophmore in high school and im ranked 3rd on the ladder for challenges. Im in the middle of a challenge for 2nd singles against the rank 2. We’re in the middle of a 3-2 match im down, my serve. This kid always gives me a hard time for some reason. He has a strong forehand, and weak ass push for a backhand. His serve is a low slice 1st and 2nd serve and i need to know how to return that strong. His volley is good and he gets every ball basically but hes not too athletic so i was wondering if there are any shots that give unathletic people a hard time lol. I have a strong serve and volley a decent forehand and my backhand is a deep slice. How can i beat this kid?

Making him run a lot is an excellent way to beat him. A lot of cross-court shots will eventually wear him down–I’m guessing it’s safe to assume that being unathletic includes low stamina.
And if his backhand is bad, then by all means, go for it.
