Tennis Smash Technique

in tennis, I'm with my problem with crushes. Is it because my hand is too weak, or I do not mastered the technique. Although I still consider myself fit as I do, and thread mills (Advanced Yoga) 4-3 times per week .. could it be my racquet requires re-stringing, the type of string I'm using the half iron. And the kind of club I'm with Wilson 249grams .. there is an exercise that I do so that my hands more were stronger for smash without musscles shows in my hand as I am a woman get .. or is there a special technique I should know? thx
It is Technology more likely than anything else. I assume you are talking about the overhead smash, here are some tips: Treat it like you're hitting a serve. If the Ball comes to refer to your "off" hand (left hand for a right-handed) over your head, how would the position of your arm after you are released have to take the serve. Keep your eyes on the ball and swing with a loose arm, wrist and natural hold. Follow through the shot the same way as a to serve. If you have a weak to act slowly, taking chances this will be slower as well. Practice, practice, practice makes the shot better. Stringing service could help but technology is usually the main culprit.
