Tennis Strings Tension

When looking at Tennis String Tension, and it says 25/24 kg, does the first number refer to mains or crosses?
So is the 25 the mains or the crosses?
Sorry for such a novice question.
The 25 refers to the mains and not the crosses
And no problemo for an novice Q Y! is there
