What is this grip for hitting a ground stroke in tennis?
forehand and backhand. Can you please show give me the link to a site where I can see a picture example of this or…please explain the grip. Ex: explain what an eatern grip is/how to use it.

well for my forehand grip i use a semi western grip. it works for me and generates great topspin. for my backhand grip i use a continental grip which is the same as a serve grip, or a volley grip.
