Tennis Tournament Schedule
time frame of Tennis Lessons?
so i just started tennis and so far i’ve had 2 lessons and i feel like i’m getting the hang of it quickly (except for my serves) but that’s not the point! anyway, i was just wondering about how long until i would be able to start matches and actually be good( i just want a time frame) and how long AFTER tennis matches can you start tennis tournaments, and is there anything after tournaments? thanks. oh and i just need like certain time frames (2 weeks, month, 2 months etc.) please answerrrr! i’m desperatee 
thank you so much! OH! and i play tennis twice a week and i want to boost it up to like 4 or 5 times a week,can i just fix that problem through my lessons and schedule more lessons? thank you SO much.(:
So sounds like you started tennis as an adult. So the key things are you need to remember to do something else to keep you in shape as well, as tennis itself won’t do that. So I would recommend to do tennis lesson once a week, and play/practice another two times a week, and go to gym or do other sports once a week.
If you keep that schedule you should be in shape and problem free and improve pretty quickly. You should be in 3.0 in about a year ready to play in a league. Don’t rush yourself then you may get injured and waste more time. Ya practice all to make sure you don’t have an obvious weakness someone can attack on easily.
Remember tennis is a game. It’s also a life style in which your hang out with your tennis friends and go nuts about it.
