looking for a tennis training aid? tennis ball attached via elastic to solid base on floor..?
I’m looking for a tennis training aid which I have used in one of my Tennis Lessons, it is a tennis ball attached to elastic and to a solid base which does not move. it improves shot strength and everything, however i’m struggling to find one online to buy in the uk any help?

I know what you mean, if you don’t find one watch slow motion videos on youtube of professional players shots and try memorize them for when your practicing. You’ll pick up a lot of tips from the pro’s videos.
