Which of these gym equipments are best suited for tennis?
It’s coming up to tennis season so I need to be fit & train.
I can’t play tennis every day but I do about 3 times a week.. but which of the following in the gym are best to get me in shape for tennis?
My gym is quite small but here is the equipment:
Treadmill
Cycler
Stepper
Cross-Trainer
Rower
Weights
Just wondering which I should concentrate on.

I’m not an expert but i’d say a cross-trainer or rowing machine because they are working your arms and your legs.
