I have to run a question …?
Okay, so I am a 14 year old man from the Ukraine (I just got to Canada this year), I'm 5'10 and weighs a little more than £ 98 so I'm like very thin, and that's exactly the way I am. I am a competitive tennis player, I have a bit of muscle, but not much. Though I'm not good at any other sport. trust me. I wonder if I run a lot more if I could have my skinny body but mantain a well-trained Body because I do not want super-buff and only be defused done. I know some of Canada's best long distance runners, too, and they are all thin and toned If I (have cold winters in Canada!) On my treadmill / elliptical begun, and outside in the summer I would eventually produce results? thanks a lot, and additional Exercises would also be great:)
Yes, you would maintain a lean / toned body. Before, I was really skinny, but now my legs are in shape and runs well, thanks. Maybe you want to do core work outs, such as sit-ups.
