Does jogging 40 minutes a week really make a difference in your appearance?
In my new Seventeen Magazine, they give you a 4 week work out to get a bathingsuit ready body. Does 40 minutes of cardio really make a big difference? I already play softball, soccer, and tennis, but I want to be really healthy and look better in my appearance! What are some other ways to get a bikini ready body?
I’m 14 years old, 4’11″, and 100-102 pounds.

my favorite is when you go to search, type in 4 week makeover and it gives you strength training and cardio workouts. i feel awesome doing them
