The bump on the wrist hurts?
Ok you have the bump that's on our wrists of both hands (as it is small, and near the corner of our hands)? Recently, it was hurting me every time I play tennis. Is there a bracket I can during the game that do not come out and support the bump area? I do not want those who will be holes for the thumb b / c it interfere with the game. Thank you! I did not know which section to put it in b / c I have some Perhaps all of you know what I'm talking about thought.
sometimes when I play tennis with me the same thing happens. I have a brace on my hand with the finger holes and it helps a lot when I play. To prevent this from happening again make sure that you do not turn your wrist when you swing. Keep it as straight as possible:) (it is called Tennis elbow, but it is edit the wrist) *: Come on, it is true, and if you have a real tennis player you would understand.
