What are good forearm and wrist exercises for tennis?

During bursts, my wrist tends to collapse. My coach says I need the contact press onto the racket to order to prevent this. But sometimes I feel really weak by the end of practice and I feel that would be muscle advantageous. Thoughts? Thanks.

Take a used tennis ball was out and press it in your hand. It builds the muscle on the arm.
