Tennis Yoga
Has anyone tried Pilates Yoga and how it has helped you?
I'm looking for something to help my flexibility. I train a lot and run and play tennis, but I have always been very inflexible. The older I get, the more problems with sore muscles the next day that causes. How much does Yoga and things like that help the pain I feel much (usually eliminate the lower middle class and back hammies). Thanks in advance.
I do Since Yoga and Pilates for about 2 years and it has changed my life completely! I would seriously recommend you try it! Just buy a good training DVD and put him to the test! Pilates and Yoga is a near perfect fitness routine, it offers the opportunity for people of all ages to not only get and stay in shape, but also to develop balance, coordination, and a sense of centeredness. It renews, invigorates and heals the body – stretching and toning the muscles, joints and spine and directing blood and oxygen to the interior. You get an incredibly intense workout, but it is incredibly low impact and at the same time is not easy, Pilates and Yoga both can be very challenging. BUT! You Never feel stiff or umcomfortable for it and it has the sore back I got eliminated from years of running! Try It! It will change your life!
